Whenever there is insufficient guarantee of good collection;
The product is no longer available due to out of stock. In these cases, payments will be returned or the exchange for another product will be made available to the customer;
The billing information is not correct or verifiable;
The order is signaled by the automatic Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud;
The payment is not recognized within 3 calendar days after accepting the order;
If there is evidence that the consumer is under the age of 18;
If it is detectable that the price indicated in the Online Store is wrong;
If it is not possible to deliver the order to the respective address;
Orders are incomplete or incorrect;
There are signs of misuse / abuse in the Online Store or with ordering, exchange, and delivery processes, in a single or repeated manner by the customer.
The “Buyer” means the individual who acts / buys as a final consumer, outside the scope of any business or profession.
Senseslinen reserves the right not to process orders registered on the website www.senseslinen.com when there are doubts as to the quality of the “Buyer's” final consumer or when the orders do not respect the general conditions of sale presented here. These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, acceptance of orders, transmission and shipments made through the website www.senseslinen.com
The "Buyer" must provide Senseslinen with an email address, postal mail, and other data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete and accept that Senseslinen can contact him using such data, if deemed necessary.
Senseslinen reserves the right not to accept or cancel the order, even after automatic confirmation of the order, when the information submitted remains true.
Senseslinen may not process orders in the following cases:

By confirming the order details, you are accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as other conditions existing at www.senseslinen.com Senseslinen reserves the right to, temporarily or permanently, block the purchase by customers who intentionally use the online ordering, exchange and return processes. Senseslinen owns the company's products until it has received full payment for all those products.
Quality and Guarantee
Senseslinen does not sell second-hand products at www.senseslinen.com, which are defective or of inferior quality to the brand quality standards available on the market. The main characteristics of each displayed product at www.senseslinen.com are in each product's page, except in the case of a transcription error. The products available for sale on the website may not exactly match the actual clothing in terms of image and color, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
All the products have an identification tag attached. Do not remove the tag in case you wish to return or exchange the acquired product. If you decide to exert the right to return the bought products, Lion of Porches reserves the right to not accept the return of the items without the corresponding tag or that have been altered from their original state, in which use of the same or damaged products is noted.
Governing Jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase and sale of products through our website are governed by Portuguese Law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these contracts is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
