What is your return policy?
At senseslinen, we strive to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We understand how important it is to find the perfect bed linen for your home. That’s why we craft our products with so much love and care.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
To start the return process, log in to our store using your customer account. In your customer area, click on “Orders,” then select the order you wish to return. In the next step, select only the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return. Finally, you can choose whether to receive a refund to the original payment method or a store credit to use in our shop.

I bought a product on sale and the price dropped again during Black Month. Can I get the difference refunded?
It is not possible to refund the price difference.
During Black Month, promotions and discounts may vary throughout the period. The price applied at the time of purchase is the one in effect on that date, and no refund is possible if the price decreases later.
