If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. To start the return process, you must log in to our store with your customer account. In the customer area, you should click on "Orders", and then click on the order you wish to return. In the next step, you should select only the item(s) you want to return, and indicate the reason for the return. In the last step, you can also choose whether you want to receive the refund by the same payment method, or if you want to receive a voucher for use in our store.
