Some days don't call for a heavy blanket, but they're not quite right without something over you either. Days with uncertain temperatures, when a throw that's too warm feels wrong and a thin throw isn't enough. It was with these days in mind that we created Rio.

Where Cotton Meets Linen

The Rio Throw is born from the meeting of two fibres that complete each other. Cotton brings the softness you already know from our pieces, with its gentle touch. Linen joins in to add lightness and freshness, letting the throw breathe and keeping it pleasant to the touch even after many uses.

It's this combination that makes our throw so easy to use at any time of day. It doesn't weigh you down, it doesn't overheat, and it gains a different drape, looser and more natural, that only this blend of fibres can give.

A Texture That Belongs in Your Home Too

More than a piece for cooler days, the Rio Throw was designed to be on display. The fabric's natural texture and relaxed drape give it a lived-in, elegant look, working just as well folded at the foot of the bed as draped over the arm of the sofa.

At the ends, loose fringe reinforces that lighter, more natural feel. Instead of a closed, rigid finish, it follows the movement of the throw and makes its drape more fluid. It's a simple detail, but one that stands out when our throw is folded at the foot of the bed or falls loosely over the sofa.

Even when it's not in use, it adds texture, movement and comfort to the space.
